Tacoma O2 Sensor Flange Nut
I just replaced my downstream (bank 1 sensor 2) os sensor and was shocked that they do not provide you with replacement nuts. does anyone know the size/thread pattern for these nuts? 97 Tacoma 4x4 2.7

The size nuts on mine are M8x1.25 The nuts you buy at the hardware store will be the DIN nuts and be 13 mm across the Hex.
Unless you have a hardware store lucky enough to stock JIS bolts
i am just now replacing both cats and the sensors and the whole rest of the exhaust system.
