Swamped Toyota

I went through a mud hole swamped my 1989 toyota pickup 3.0 5 speed. I got water in my cylinders. I got all the water out and put new plugs in. It will run but will not stay running. If anyone has any ideas i would appretiate it. thank you

distributer and wet air filter came to my mind first. dry them batches out, and do the mentioned above. did you suck water into your exhaust?

Make sure when you put it all back together you have the distributor plugged back into the trucks comp system, all the plugs are good, and that you attached the breather to the intake. Just double check that you never know.
