Well, my sunroof does not move right now.....just makes a (rather loud) clicking noise. It also doesn't sit exactly right in position....the person I bought it from has some wood blocks in between the glass part and the moveable cloth part. Any suggestions as what might cause the sunroof to not sit right and do you think I need a new motor for it? Thanks in advance.

 

Sounds to me like the cables are bad. I've replaced many cables and sunroof tracks in RX330's and GX470's. Remove the sunroof motor and check the condition of the cables, they are plastic with steel inside (or should be). You'll know if it's stripped when you see it.
