Question starting problems and fuel pump

Hi every one... OK, my 89 1 ton truck is not getting any power to fuel pump when ignition is on the on position, but if i try to crank there is power but as soon i let the ignition go the power goes away. jump the pump direct from the battery and it ran, but now i check in the fuse box and one of the relays seems like there is a short. When y connect the relay with 3 plugs the one next to it it shows low power on #2 according to the relay diagram i should have continuous power on1+3 but 2 has a low voltage. check the relay under the glove box by computer and there is power only when i try to crank the vehicle. Now the truck has no spark from the coil, check the coil on other vehicle and is working. Can the ignition control module cause a short on the relay. I'm lost now
check both fuse boxes out and everything is good, no burn wires.
