Start-up, White exhuast smoke?

Hey guys,

I have been doing some, my question is this. After my 4runner sits overnight/ or for an extended period of time(6 or more hours) , when i first start the truck i get a good amount of white smoke out of the tailpipe. The exhuast only smokes for a minute or so, and then its fine, no smoke for the rest of the day. Is this normal, or am a looking at a HG going bad. I don't have the milkshake dipstick, and i don't have any overheating problems?
Thanks for any input guys/gals!

It's probably just because it's cold in MA right now. All 4 of our cars do the same thing.
