i have a 1990 4runner 3.0. the truck rides smooth the only problem is when i am driving it starts to stall when im on the road once i press the gass it sounds like its about to give gass all of a sudden it stalls. i have been told it might be the throttle body sensor?

 

When was the last time the fuel filter was replaced ?, Otherwise check the TPS, if its going bad it can cause the problems your having. Have you ever cleaned the throttle body ?.
