Speedometer roll back

Speedometer roll back
So I got an 87 2wd from my neighbor about 4 years ago that had been abandoned on his property by his sons girlfriend that had a blown head gasket. Before that the truck sat for 3 years. Yeah whatever. I converted to 4wd, just picked my engine up from RE Performance. Trans/T-case all rebuilt along with the axles. Essentially the truck has a completely rebuilt drivetrain. Wondering if there is an easy way to roll this thing to zero so I can keep it easier to track maintenance. Don't ever plan on selling this thing.

3. If you want to keep track of maintenance, keep a notebook in the glovebox and write the date, mileage, and work performed in it. Start with the work you've done and go forward from there.
3. Higher mileage is cool.
