Hey guys, I need some help with speedo cables. I have located a 1982 toyota pickup speedo cable, that is 90" long and fits the spec for the year, however it does not look like the cable that is currently on my pickup. The cable on my pickup looks like the cable that I am finding for the toyota corolla of similar years and engines?

On ebay there are 1982 speedo cables for sale, however they say for Automatic transmissions only, and I have the 5 speed manual.

Any help with this would be great!

and before someone yells at me, my search for this exact topic model/year specific has not turned up any results. If you find it please let me know.

What year is your truck? I replaced the speedo on my '87 4Runner with a 74" one that was for a '80 4x4 Truck.

 

I have a 1982 pickup 4x4 with manual transmission.
