Maybe snow/mud packed into a wheel or a balance weight fell off?

Could look for a clean spot around the lip of the rim (outside and inside) where a weight used to be.

If not a tire balance issue, look into driveline vibration caused by u-joints, driveline bolts being loose, etc.
