SAS Into an 88 Toyota pickup 4x4?

What is a good solid axle to run I. My 88 Toyota pickup 4x4? And where would be the best place to look for one?

All depends on your funding, fab skills, and local laws. What you plan to do with you rig. I've seen full width 1 ton axles under a toy. Some are toy purest and want to stay with as much factory stuff as possible. Best if you do lots and lots of research and when you think you got it all figured out research some more.

Figure out just why you think you need to do this??

Then read every thing you can on the different axles out there.

The Toyota axle is just one of quite a few and not really the best option .

Then it comes down to if your doing this yourself or need to pay someone else.
