SAS customer service results

So those of you that have done the sas kit, was there any real bad reviews of customer service? I did some searching, and found that marlin is pretty awesome. Just wondering if anyone had any bad experiences with companies. Also doing the swap when a person does about only 20 percent off road is justifiable right? lol.... Thanks in advance.

i've sold several SAS kits from Trail-gear.. rarely do any of the orders have an issue, and if for some reason one does, TG is very quick to resolve it.

My expereince is:
Marlin = awesome products, little pricey, so-so customer service
Trailgear=ok products, not so pricey, awesome customer service
Allpro= their customer service pissed me off and thats all I got say about that
FROR =Awesome products, bit pricey but smaller outfit, longer turn around times but smaller outfit, awesome customer service.

Depends on with whom you are comfortable.
Bigger outfits you're a number, smaller outfits know you by name. Just really depends on what drives your purchase, name, price, quality, service etc.

You can get things cheap, fast and right, pick two.

Marlin is great and trail-gear is great. The only issue I have really ever had was when trail gear sent me some items that were boxed wrong but they were quick to care of me.

Ok... I was a little worried seen that trail gear is one of the cheaper companies, the positive feedback is sweet. Thanks again.
