rear disc brake swap?

I'm doing a rear disc brake swap on my 93 pickup. The kit uses early sa calipers. Do I still use the factory proportioning valve? I was planning on using a jegs adjustable proportioning valve replacing the stock one. How would I do this if the factory valve has 2 lines in and one out? Any thoughts or help would be great thanks everyone!

remove the stock LPSV and install the Jeg's or Wilwood near your MC
