QUICK Question - will tire size work without lift?
Im not new to toyota but my first was a fully restored 84 pickup, i want to build up my 93 xtracab automatic 3.0 some. I want to put 33X10.50 tires on the truck on stock toyota sr5 rims. Will this require any lift or spacers, or can i get by with the 10.5 inch wide tires stock? Thanks for any help

Relatively new to tinkering on yota's myself but here is our 87 with 31.5's. Stock suspension . Well, the phone app states I have already posted the pictures in a previous thread? So I can't provide a picture here. May try to find my thread "new kid in school"? Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

33s will fit if you trim the pinch weld on the firewall.
This is on a tacoma, but the concept is the same.

they should fit. you can also readjust the torsion bars up front to gain height for free, just make sure you align afterward (doesn't solve raising the rear though).
if you have 31x10.5 now, you can get a pretty good idea of fitment since the 33 will be 2" more diameter - so perhaps drive a tire up a log and turn all the way to one side, then go look and if you can put your hand between the tire and the pinch weld/fender/frame/whatever, then they will fit. you will likely have to do some minor pinch weld pounding and/or cutting of the front bumper/valence, other than that this is a very common size to go on a stock rig with stock wheels.
