so the other day I noticed my p/s fluid was low so I topped it off. A few days later it was empty again, then after some looking around I noticed I had a slow leak. I've dealt with p/s leaks before in other vehicles but the way it's setup in my 89 pickup confuses me

It looks like the leak is coming out of what I circled in red. If anyone could tell me what may be the cause as the exact location of the leak so I could fix it , that would be great. Thanks in advance!

 

Get it clean and dry, then go from there... It's possibly the rear cover on the assembly based on how far up it is it probably isn't that lower shaft seal
