oil specs

What weight/type oil should I put in my diffs transfer and tranny (93 pickup 3.0 5 speed)

Sorry for the easy question but my search led me nowhere and I don't have the owners manual.

Thanks.

This is what the manual calls for

Transfer case & manual trans - SAE 75W90 or 80W90, API GL-4 or GL-5
Diffs, minumum temp above 0 deg F - SAE 90, API GL-5
Diffs, maximum temp below 0 deg F - SAE 80W or 80W90, API GL-5

A lot of people just use 75W90 for everything, myself included. And some people have had problems with manual trans using GL-5, it can be too slippery for the synchros. Redline MT-90 supposedly works well.
