i did the 22r to re conversion, evrything is hooked up and working, but the engine is surging between 2k and 3k rpms. if it gets lower than that it just dies. any help would be "pre-shaded".

TPS adjusted correctly? Or even hooked up? Or perhaps the TPS is bad.

Bad thermal temp sensor?

Its pretty tough to determine what would be wrong over the internet, especially given that you just did a conversion. I could list every electronic componet as a "possible" cause, but what you really need to do is get a multi-meter and start testing things.

yeah i understand the internet thing. the tps is hooked up but if i unhook it while its surging, it will rev up to about 3500rpms and stay there steady. i don't know exactly how to adjust the tps. the only thing that is not hooked up is knock sensor and it's going on today.
