newbie question about torsion bars

I have a 92 4runner 4WD V6 and after doing a 2" ball joint spacer in the front and spring spacer in the rear the front is now extremely stiff (have a winch that weighs around 80 pounds). It actually bounces a little when i come off a curb

I initially thought my shocks were blown but after putting in new shocks last night it's now stiffer. I think it's time to loosen the torsion bars a bit, can someone walk me through on how to do this and how hard is it for something like this? I have always worked with springs so this torsion bars is rocket science to me.

thanks for any help!

Did you get an alignment after you installed the spacers?
I noticed after I had an alignment that it didn't bounce as bad but still has some bounce to it.
