Newbie purchasing

Not sure if this is the right place to post. I have a chance to buy a 93’ Sport with around 95,000km never winter driven and covered year round.
Truck is immaculate and well looked after. Not. Sure what these are worth and what to offer, lady is asking $8000 I believe.

there is a lot more to consider when pricing a vehicle, all we know is the year and the kilometers.
Where are you? the LOCAL market in your area makes a difference.
Is that a T-100?
if not, what motor?
Power windows? A/C?
Automatic? Stick?
New parts? Tires?
If you are considering spending $8000 on ANY vehicle take it to a shop for a once over and ask the owner for any maintenance receipts.
If they tell you nothing has ever been done because it has always been trouble free you should feel free to low-ball the heck out of them.
If you can't look it over and thoroughly inspect it yourself (like not sure what to check) and they won't let you have a shop to look it over (or maybe even split the cost of a "buyer's survey") I would personally walk away at that price.

from what I've heard everything is priced way higher, so maybe that is an appropriate price.

sorry for delay, been busy.
I did end up buying the truck for $6000,it’s a T100 SR5 3.0 litre with new tires and a spare rear bumper.
only thing I’m not crazy about is it has a 4:80 rear end.
