Guys thanks for all your input and help on this... got it fixed... tore open the passenger side birf and... low and behold shattered metal chunks everywhere and giant steel ball bearings! lol yup the birf joint was completely destroyed... other side was fine.. replaced the inner seals.. the one on the pass side was actually pretty chewed up by the chunks of metal- ended up having to rile the axle housing to get the new seal to fit right... Cleaned and repacked the bearings on both sides. Pulled the third to make sure nothing was wrong there... no metal chunks were present which was good... and found out it has a ratcheting detroit locker in it lol anyway- thanks again guys.
