New to the toyota scene.

New to the toyota world, looking for a good place for parts and advise, I m Mike and I ve been a jeep guy for years and have decided to come over to the dark side. so with that being said, heres what I bought to start with.

1985 4x4 Pickup
SR5 Reg. Cab
22RE
all stock

From what I have heard there is a lot of potential in this little guy.
Oh yea, sorry about the screen name, it s just easier to remember one instead of 20.

Lol. Welcome to YT. You have a good rig to start with. It'll be interesting to where you take this one.

85 pickup hub removal

I new to the toyotas, but figured shouldn t to much different. Starting taking the hub and lock out assemblies off to find the nosie in the front and I can t get the free wheel hub thing to come off. I ve got the lock out off, took the nuts off of it and that s where I sit.

You mean RTV? Odd place in the cone washer spot!

Also another good article on how to take the Aisin manual hub off and then re-torque to back on.
