Need helpage!

While hooking everything back up from my engine swap, I got stumped on a few things. Most everything I can tell where it went from the pictures I took before removing them but some I cant. Background its an 85 4runner had a 22re that ran ok but had 250k miles on it and burned through as much fuel as oil lol. Leaked everywhere too, really low compression but other than that it ran. Fresh build 22re dropped in without any problems till I went to hook up these last few things, any info you can provide would be great. I've owned the truck for 3 months.
From what I can tell though:
#1. Doesnt look like its been hooked up for a long time.
#2. Also doesnt look like its been hooked up in a long time.
#3. Ground maybe?? Does it have to go somewhere specific? I dont remember taking it off anything.
#4. Coolant line goes to . . .??
#5. Not sure but it comes out of the throttle body housing I think.
#6. Again doesnt look like its been connected in a while I remember seeing it while changing the oil, wasnt connected then either.

Thanks for the help guys!
