if nebody can help i recently bought a 86 4runner and tryin to find missing parts. im in need of the headlight bucket, retainer rings, grill and headlight bezel.
my problem is i can only find it for the 87+ yrs
so i was wondering wats the difference in the yrs or can i purchase newer yrs version n install it widout much modification

 

85-88 4runners and trucks all use basically the same set of parts.

 

84-89 4runner/88 pickup will work for what your wanting but there's 3 different looks that I know of there's 2wd and 84-85 2 bar grill and there's the 86-89 1 bar grill they should all fit perfectly though
