lowering a 4runner

hey guys am about to buy a 4runner its on 35s right now with 63 chevys in the rear and not sure about the front but i want to ride on 33s its going to be daily driven and just would feel more comfortable with it a little lower what options do i have take a leaf out? smaller shackles whats best way to go about lowering it to fit 33s and not have a huge space between the fenders and tires.

Holy crap, I had flashbacks to the last time someone asked about lowering their 4Runner, but he wanted it slammed...the masses wanted to the guy.

easy now, my first thought was to apply napalm and watch the flames get bigger. but he has a very valid point. 35's and a big lift kinda get old real quick if you dont need them. plus if anybody else wants big tires and lift and doesn't wheel it they are called a mall crawler.

anyways, shorter shackles and adjust torsions down. assuming you have torsion bars that is.

If he has torsions and he softens them then the ride will be terrible..
He might even have a body lift for all we know..

thank for not dogging me to bad ya I was thinking shackels but was not sure if there was another way and no body lift I just think the lift on it is a little much and I don't have money to blow on springs
