Project. 99 rav4 swap to 5s block and head.

I've done the fsm DI 20 list fpcc check and all pass besides tangential checks as well, no issues found so I want to turn my attention to the timing and injection end of things but either pages are missing (literaly) in the fsm or the section (if there is/was one) for efi ignition via ignitors is.. or both.
Suggestions?

nope, found a link here for one.
timing was off when I checked compression so spent yesterday rectifying that. Swapped a couple shims to get a more even spread of valve clearances but I haven't dbl checked just yet.
that's next up today.

 

timing was off.
so decided to reset the valves while the cams were out.
Set up a spreadsheet to track it all.
first with what came in the 5s head
Second using a few out of the 3s

SS of final numbers for valve clearances

third time rearranged that batch and got it down to spec minus 3 I spent an hour identifying pt # to thickness. 🤞🤞
