Im building a small light bar for my 90 pickup, my front bumpers lower valance thing if off so thats where my mounting point will be. Ive got a pic of where the bolt holes are, they are pre threaded and sometime ppl mount winch plates to them. if anyone can give me a exact size bolt i would much appreciate it. heres a pic i google and circled the spot where the bolts holes are located. '

 

If they are where the front bumper brackets bolt I would bet they are going to be M12x1.25 the length will depend on how long you need them for what you are bolting on.

If they are not M12 they will be M10x1.25 I don`t have any apart right now so I can`t be 100% sure
