BJ spacers while lifting the truck don't limit up travel so when a wheel is compressed you'll rub when turning hard. I have spacers and trimmed my fenders which is documented here... http://www.ultimateyota.com/index.ph...6&topic=3876.0

I have a slight amount of rubbing and a 1" body lift awaiting install to cure it. The mods to the fender well are very simple and take little time. I could increase the fender clearance but a small body lift has other advantages when it comes to mounting sliders, headers, a little more clearance it good.

If you can find them, 33X10.5's will fit without modification.

As for gears with 33's, I'm not sure if you have the auto or stick (I'd say fill out your sig with all the engine, tranny, lift, mods etc... it helps other provide better advice) but if you have the auto, 5.71's, 5 speed 4.88's.
