6 foot wide with 4 foot tall sides out of 2" OD tubing x 0.120" wall?

Sounds like a "U" shape no?

4+4+6 so you need roughly 14 feet

exact length depends on your bend radius

i've got 14' of tube/pipe 2 7' lengths with a thickness of 1/8th " i know i can weld them together but wouldn't it be better to use a already solid length vs putting 2 lengths together (i'm going to bevel the sides) and using them to make my headache rack over the cab but later on on the road i have plans to tie a exo into them

Pardon my ignorance, but what do you mean by exo? Your exhaust?
