I am total newbie. My steering wheel will shake at certain speeds. I jacked the front end and pulled and pushed on the tires. There seems to be play in idler arm. I'm not sure what constitutes play that would have an effect on steering. I have attached two videos of the idler arm when I push and tug on the wheels.

I don't live in the US and there is only one Toyota dealer around here and he wants close to $300 for a new idler arm so I don't want to replace it if it's fine.
