Exclamation I need Help with this!

Ok, here it is another tire/wheel question. I own a 97 4Runner SR5 2WD. My truck is up for new tires, I would like to lift the truck as well but wasn't sure how high to go on the lift nor what tires to get, until I came accross this picture on the web. I really like how this truck looks and this is how I want my truck to look like. So, I need help figuring out the "tire/rim" size and how high was the truck lifted on this picture. I know the quality is not the best. But any expert advise will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I think it looks more like a 3-4 inch lift. Looks like theres some body lift on there too. I cant tell how much. Maybe a 2 inch suspension lift and some body lift??? Id say the tires look to be about 33's

looks like a 3" lift with maybe a 1" body lift on 33" tires.. truck looks good but IMO i would go with a mild lift, maybe 2-2.5" on 32" tires with a 2wd.. you would still have some capabilities but it wouldnt drain your gas milage..
