How do I change the differential fluid?

I am not really mechanically inclined, but I like learning new things about my rig. On that note, how do I lube all the moving parts under my 95 4runner. Specifically, how do I change the fluid in the front pumkin (differential), and what fluids do I us. the previous owner did'nt take very good care of the truck, and I am trying to bring it back to life. Also, any ideas about removing rust from the undercarriage and protecting it? Not alot of rust, mostly on the nuts, bolts and pull pins and such. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

Make sure to remove the fill plug first, then the drain plug, so if the fill plug is messed up or stuck, you don't drain your diff and then have no way to refill.

75 w 90 gear oil

Some Rustoleum spray paint on the rust.

very good idea to remove the fill plug first... i don't even want to think about having to fill the diff through the drain plug
