Exclamation Help with getting a good seal on my shell.

K I just got a shell for my taco and REALLY need the closest to water tight seal I can get. Is there any tips or tricks you masters can hook this nube up with. I work for a magazine and live in Salt Lake (we have gnarly winters) and might have to sometimes sleep / live out of the shell so it really needs to stay as dry as can be. Planing on doing this tomorrow so hope someone sees this in time. Thanks

Thought about that but was thinking it would be a bit sloppy. I want it to be clean plus I might have to take it off soon to get it painted. It is light blue and my truck is black. only had the cash for the shell not the paint.

Check out Lowe's or Home Depot in the window or door sections. That foam tape is there, insulation. Is the rubber boot on the cab side of the shell intact?

Yes as far as I can tell all the glass seals are good.

secure top

set it in place and tighten down cab area bolts first then sides if the weather strip is bad replace with weather strip form home depot i take mine off all the time an no air leeks when replaced good luck!
