Having problems with not starting
A few days ago I came out to start my truck after driving it the week prior to no crank. No dash lights, no nothing. The headlights worked fine though. I saw that the 80amp fuse was blown, so I replaced it. Now it cranks, but doesn't start. I saw somewhere else that I needed to replace the ignition control module which I did, and still it cranks but no start. What gives? Anyone else have this problem?

Well, you only need a few things for an internal combustion engine to work.
Air, Fuel, Spark, and Timing. You just need to figure out what's missing.
Also, did you check all the other fuses? SOMEthing caused that 80a fuse to blow. It may have blown other one(s). I would see what blew that 80A fuse first. That's a hefty fuse, so something drew a ton of current on you. You should figure out just what, so it doesn't do it again, and REALLY damages something. Something, somewhere, shorted to ground. What/where is important.
For example, is the tube between the AFM and TPS solid? No cracks or leaks, especially at the corner pieces. They get old and can crack. Does the AFM check out according to the FSM? Is the TPS also aligned properly, and does it ohm out properly, according to the FSM? Any leaking/cracked/disconnected vacuum lines?
Do you hear the fuel pump run when you put the jumper in? Does it start with the jumper for the fuel pump in? If so, you've narrowed it down a lot. Do you have good pressure and flow volume? After cranking, do the plugs have fuel on them?
Speaking of plugs, put your timing light's inductive pickup onto a spark plug wire. If it flashes while the engine is being cranked, the spark system is good down to the plugs. Pull the plugs and check the gap, are they crudded up, whatever. Maybe replace them.
Obviously, if it won't start, you can't set the timing, or the idle. Once you get it running, though, you should check timing and idle speed.
Last, but not least, check the grounds in the engine compartment. Make sure they're in good shape. Not dirty or corroded. Make sure their wire is in good shape. Are both battery terminals clean, and corrosion free?
Good luck!
