Have to do slave w/ clutch master?

OK ..... Im getting ready to go wheeling for a long weekend tomorrow and have been puting off replacing the clutch master cylinder. Ive done a search and have not got a deffinate answer. My clutch master has been leaking for a while but performance has been fine. I have a new aisin one but did not get a slave. Do I have to replace the slave at the same time even though it is not leaking or can i just do the master? Thanks for your guys time

Brian

Please read the Factory Service Manual for install instructions
www.ncttora.com/fsm

Typically for no more than they cost slave and MC are replaced together.

Nice to see another local member. Where you going wheeling?

Its a very good idea to do so. I've seen a lot of instances where it was not done and the slave cylinder will fail if not changed with the master cylinder.
