gearing again!!!

Hello, i know there have been countless threads about yota gearing but im still wondering what i should do. My 94 yota has a 6in lift and am currently running 33's. I still cant dicide if i want to go to 35's next tire perchase but still want to regear. I want to know if i should go ahead and do 5.29's or should i just go with 4.88's. I know 5.29's would do better with the 35's than the 4.88's but if i did stick with 33's would the 5.29's hurt my gas mileage or just make the truck funner to drive. Somebody help me.

if you plan on going to 35's then go with 5.29's.

Your truck will tach 300rpm faster with each step up in gearing.

So with 5.29's and 33's it will tach 300rpm faster for any given speed. If you spend lots of time crusing 65+mph on the hwy than you might lose a little mileage. But it'l pull great!!!

"Funner"? With some grammar lessons?

4.88s or 5.29s will be fine.

Better to run 5.29 with 33's than 4.88 with 35's IMHO.

The early engines like to be revved a lot more than they can tolerate being lugged.
