Unhappy Fuel lines

Working on a 89 3VZE SR5 manual. Auto hubs.
I'm in need of direction on WHAT is the correct way to hook up the fuel lines BACK to the tank.
I've been sitting on this vehicle for a while. So long that I'm NOW having to replace the gas tank and all internals. ALL internals. Yeah.
WHEN I last had the truck running, all seemed ok. As far as operation.
Yeah, It's got issues.
That's why I'm starting here.

When I dropped the tank, all lines had rotted so I cannot be certain of what goes where.
My Fuel pump "head" has three connections.
One to feed and two return lines.
Inside the tank those two return lines have open ports.
One high and one low.
Obviously the high is a "vent" and low is a (?) Liquid return. Yeah ??

Back when i put a reman motor in and replaced a million vacuum, and other lines, I got a heavy fuel smell.
I reversed connection of these two lines up in the engine bay.

The following is where I need the assistance.
Charcoal canister line is fuel return ??? That would go to the lower "port" on the fuel pump hanger. ???
The "vent" line is on one of the Gazillion connections on, or below, the Plenum.

Yeah, I took pictures at original teardown.
See where I am now ??
Yeah.

During February the Plenum will be coming off. I think I have a bad Injector.
Will be doing circuit testing. Bet I'll find a bad wire. Hah!!

Then it'll be going thru and making sure all the Vac lines are in the correct location and then get replaced with new.

All help is appreciated.

My 87 may be a little different but.......... obviously the pressure is the threaded line. Fuel return is the fitting closest to the pressure out. Vapor (charcoal cannister) will be off to one of the ends of the tank. Do you have pic of the top of the tank?

Found a few things online and I guess i've about figured it out.

should see the tank.

found it on the Internet so it must be true

I took a Pic of the old hanger with Three lines.
Of course the threaded nipple goes to the Filter and then up.
One is the "vent".
From Canister.
Last is Fuel return. This line is attached to (?) #2 connection on the Plenum.
