Fuel injector rebuild

Fuel injector rebuild
1992 pickup, 3VZ-E, 234k. Doing some major rebuild work and thinking the fuel injectors could use an overhaul, at 234,000 miles. I've read the glowing reviews of WitchHunter, and I could go that route, but they currently have a 10 day backlog. My question is 'Has anyone tried one of those $20 rebuild kits, where you replace the grommets and pintle caps, and was it effective?' I know the shop will do some flow testing, and I should probably just bite the bullet and cough up the $22 per injector. But I'd like to know anyone else's experience with the cheap kit.

I've used the pintles and grommet kits for a leaky injector. With over 200,000 I'd have them cleaned. Check out flamethrower, I haven;t seen him on here in awhile but he offered upgrades and cleaning. I'm running a set of his injectors now. And I've had performancewitch clean my stock ones.

I used one of those kits on my injectors last fall when I did new head gaskets. Seems to run just fine. I thought about sending the injectors off to be rebuilt but I really don't want to spend any more on this motor than I have to. That money will go to a 3.4 swap eventually...
