Front end vibration

Hello, I am new here so I do not know if I did this right. I have searched and searched, but haven't come across any answers.
I have a 92 4runner with over 300K. I recently put brand new tires on and developed a shake at high speeds, and it is getting worse. It is like I am running over the ruts on the side of the road. I thought balance problem. Rebalancing them did nothing. I jacked the truck up and spun the tires. One of the tires makes a sound when I push it in and has some play. I took it off and retightened it back on, but it still has play. I am now lost as to what to do next. Could it be bearings? Or something else? Thank you very much for your help.

If you jack the truck up and grab the tires at 12 and 6 and are able to move the tire back and forth and feel play in it then it is a problem with your wheel bearings.

my rear wheel did this and it also turned out to be a wheel bearing.
