i think this is more of a curosity question than anything else. how much clearance should there be between my front leaf springs and the rubber stopper? i have an 84 single cab, 22r unmodified so far, the only thing i have noticed are the rs9000 rancho shocks. i am looking at a 3" lift, but wondered about original clearance since the front seems to be very easy to bottom out. i can imagine a 3" would help with that.
