Flopped my 4runner

I went 4-wheeling today and managed to flop my 97 4runner. It landed on the passenger side, crushed the windshield, broke the rear window and the front window (somehow the middle windows survived), and dented everything up pretty nicely. I think that the entire top of the vehicle is slightly bent towards the driver side now, so I am doubtful that a new windshield will fit. It's my daily driver, so I really need it to be legal for the road. Has anyone got experience fixing something like this up? I'm going to take it to a body shop, but I'd really appreciate any advice. I'm amazed that it started up perfectly fine when we managed to right it, and extremely thankful that it only flopped and didn't roll down the mountain.

I can post pics of the damage tomorrow if there's any interest.

Edit: Added some pictures. Not the best quality, but they pretty much sum up the damage. I know someone has pictures of it on its side, but they haven't made their way to me yet. Body shop quoted me $1000 to get the frame right and put a windshield in, then I'd probably buy a front door from a junkyard and board up the back window. I don't want to put too much into it, but I also don't want to part it out. Pretty pissed at myself for getting myself into this situation in the first place.
