first tune up at 40k

First time poster here.
My 05 4X4 Taco has over 40k now. Never any trouble as expected. Never done anything but dealer oil changes. I'm not looking to make a monster, just make sure it goes forever.
My questions are: Do I need fluid changes on diff, trans or radiator? Will opening these cases just cause more problems?

I don't see many posts from 05 guys and I'm having trouble deciding if I should operate, or let it ride.

Preventative maintenance facts for 05 Tacos over 40, anyone?

Well my moto is, if it is running good, leave it alone. Also it depends on how the miles were put on the rig. Are they HARD MILES or just regular driving miles. To me, there is a difference.

35000 on Detroit's salty, rough roads, 5000 round trip thru Marble Colorado and back. A little wheelin in 05. Coming back this spring.

A Tundra driver told me to change fluids if I plan on keeping it, and I do, but I don't want some grease monkey to open up a can of worms - so to speak.
