Thumbs down Excited but then not?

Its been bugging me for awhile so I finally did some research. The ol' yota has always been pretty snappy... But I've always notice that 3,000 rpm's is a little high for 75mph on the highway with a 5-speed and 32 inch tall tires. Well to come to find out the truck came factory with 4.56 gears, sports the gear code for it on the firewall. But on the down side... My truck is now on 405,000 miles and the rear main is starting to leak like hell now days
