ECM Help

Help in the Flow Chart on page EC2 - 194 ,V6 3.0 Automatic ,it shows that if 1 & 2 no good check fusible link in ingnition , it does not tell were that is location ? Fuel injectors are ok , at the end it says check #10 & #20 to Battery , I think that is the Batt on the ECM ,says if Bad repair or replace do they mean ECM ? I have no power to #10 & E01 , or #20 & E02 , Thanks for any Help

I have an '87 but the fusible links are right next to battery. They look like big fuses. Take a look and see if they are melted inside.
