Has anyone had to replace a side mirror on a 4 Runner? I have a 96 $ Runner with the speakers mounted in the door corner. I have'nt studied the setup too much yet but was just wondering what I may be getting myself into. Any help or tips would be appreciated.

 

If it works anything like the set up without speakers its not too big a deal... It is held in by a friction clip on the speakerless one, carefully pry off the door corner cover with a flat screwdriver. The mirror is held on by three phillips head screws once loose there should be enough slack to pull the mirror wire up and out to where the connector plug is, unplug it and you're done. To intsall just reverse the procedure. Hope this helped a little Aviator
