Why would you want to do this?
#1 I would not try it, its not safe at all
#2 the truck is not wired for it. Even if you could find all the componenets, it may not even work
#3 EXPENSIVE!!
Aside from the airbag/steering wheel, you would need ALL the wiring, plus the ECU, and both sensors. And you would have to figure out a way to make it work with the ignition, and figure out how the battery backup works.
Trust me....dont bother.

I'm not sure if the steering wheel hubs are compatible, but it would certainly involve adding the steering wheel, wiring, the deceleration sensors, and possibly and computer module.
The problem that I see is that airbags are engineered for specific applications, and your '94 was never designed to have one, so you could potentially do more harm than good by trying to add one. These designs include the crumple zones of the bumpers and frames, as well as the shape of the airbag itself. IMO you are attempting to open a bigger can of worms than is necessary.
Another thought that comes to mind, is that if you wheel it, you could potentially set it off while on the trail - again from the aspect that your truck was not designed with an airbag system in mind. Yet another aspect to consider is that if you ever sell the truck, you could be held liable for the modification, should anything happen to someone after the fact.
Not worth the trouble, as far as I'm concerned.
