Which diffs to use for my '86?

i need some suggestions on the best diffs to use

We need a lot more info about your rig before any good advice can be given.
Model, drivetrain, current mods, goals for the truck, primary use, etc...

I suggest you use the kind with a ring gear, and a pinion gear

Perhaps one with a few bearings, and a flange to bolt the driveline on to.
