crankshaft bolt 22re torque sorrow

I just replaced the timing chain on my 86 pickup (22re). I need to put the crankshaft bolt back up to 130lbs. Everything I've read has suggested putting the trans into gear to stop the motor from turning...BUT, my transmission is automatic! I can't put it into any gear to stop the turn.

Without jamming something into the camshaft sprocket, how can I stop my motor from turning when trying to torque it down?

Thanks!

Have somebody hold a big flat blade screwdriver in the flexplate teeth.
