Clicking/knocking noise from valve cover

Clicking/knocking noise from valve cover
Hey, I have a 1994 Runner V6 and there's a Clicking/knocking noise that is coming from the LH side of the car from the driver seat.
The engine got hot when the Fan bracket bearing blew. I'm thinking that it's the rods because they might have warped or bent.
The clicking noise only happens at about 2000 to 3000 RPM. I also lost some power to because I can only go 50 MPH in 5th with the pedal on the floor, and it takes forever to get there.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
