Chevy wheel question

so I just bought new lug nuts for the rims I have and I came across a set of western wheels that are aluminum for cheap they are for the chevy 6 bolt pattern so I bought them but the lug nut bores aren't a regular chamferred edge style like I just dropped money on anyways on to the question can I use the ones I bought? And are the chevy lugs the same 12x1.5 pattern? Thanks and sorry for the newb question

Bolt pattern is the same 6 x5.5, just later chevy wheels won't work because of the smaller center hole. It is important that the lug face matches the chamfer on the wheel lug surface. Any decent wheel shop will have what you need.
As far as using a chevy lug, nope those are SAE or standard not metric. I have to keep my tahoe lugs in a different container from my metric toy lugs

So would i have to use a mag shank style lug? It came off an 85 pickup so I would assume it's the older style I haven't looked at the rims much I guess I will have to figure it out
