Hi I was driving home a few days ago and my a/c stop blowing cold air. The blower still works and the light comes on the a/c switch but the comp wont come on .Also the engine idle up when push a/c on and idle down when push a/c off. I unpluged the a/c comp and ran hot wire to comp and it comes on and works. would anyone know where to start looking for the trouble

This 4runner was a 3.0 with auto tranny but 3 years ago i put a 22re in it and a 5 speed manual trannt and transfercase from a 94 toyota 4x4 pickup. The 3.0 was bad so i changed it all over to 22re i put a little bigger cam in it and bored it so it feels like it has more power than the 3.0 did anyway thought i would add that and if anyone has a fsm wiring diagram of a/c would really help me also thanks for any help
