a/c discharge line

a/c discharge line
92 4runner 3.0 prev owner gutted discharge line was wondering where does it connect to? is it worth fixing a/c if it has been exposed to air and debris? i have no idea if it works or not its just missing discarge line and belt. or just gut it all out? lol
